A friend of mine snooped once and came across half a conversation basically that could have been innocent or not.... since she snooped, she will never know (unless she confessess she did it) and will always have that question in the back of her mind.

we're the same way... phones, computers, mail, etc. we feel strange invading on the other's privacy

I have had that happen before. Some written notes that could have meant any number of things and gone either way. Once you know, you can't "unknow" that stuff.

That's exactly how we are. I asked him before I logged into his facebook to get addresses, and I still felt weird about going through his messages with his permission.
