I do, every single day. I have two notepads within reach at my desk, as well as two post it note dispensers. Have an old coffee can full of pens, pencils, highlighters, and sharpies. Use them all, and i frequently have to get new pens.

I work in IT and have a desktop and a laptop in front of me the entire time, but i prefer handwriting my notes.

I have pencils and papers all over my desk, but then I'm modeling a UH-1H on Pro/E from ancient Bell drawings.

Yup for every little piece of equipment we select for a job we have to go thru submittals. Pain in the butt.

                      Everyday.

I have multiple notebooks, pads of engineering paper, post-its, etc.

I'd say I'm close to 1:1 on my type vs write ratio while at work.

I do all the time. Fill out a form, and hand it to someone. Then I make them sign their name before they give me back my pad.

Pretty exciting, isn't it? I love that shit. Making me wish I was doing less mechanical, and more electrical stuff right now.

Same here.. I keep a spiral note book on my desk for notes as I work. It is mainly used for jotting down figures I need to work with or info while on phone calls. I have another I use exclusively for meetings so that I always know where to find record of what was discussed and any "to do" items.
