UPS blew it, what to do?

So the tracking on my UPS shipment says "delivered, met customer woman", yet I have no package. UPS has fucked up at my house many times, often calling and asking where my house is but this is an oddity.

I did, they said "oh, we are sorry about that, call the shipper".

Called the shipper, they said they will send me out a new order second day air so I have it by Thursday while trying to recover their original package. They show the shipping address as correct (as does the confirmation email they originally sent me), so UPS botched it.


In short, Midwest Industries is a pretty badass company.

So I just looked up 118 Bagby (my address is 1118, so maybe I got some dyslexic driver or some shit) and it looks like my big box of gun parts got shipped to an on campus building.

I deal with all of the "major" consumer shipping companies on a daily basis and they all fuck something up terribly on a weekly basis. I will have solid gray hair within the year because of it. USPS, UPS, and DHL make me want to punt a puppy.

FED Ex has about the best track record with me but, there was a $3k Tax Charge on my account that they having been fighting me on.

USPS lost a big box of MagPul AR Parts I had coming in a few weeks ago if it makes you feel better.
