      I have a 11 year old craftsman. Never changed the oil or plugs. Still starts up. The day it doesn't I will throw away and buy a new one. Dang this one has cost me about $12 a year besides gas.

        I bought a POS cheapo 2 stroke weedeater and every time i go to start it now it winds up as an epic battle. It pisses me off and the cheapass comes out in me, so out comes the carb cleaner and whatever else i can think of to get it started. So far i'm winning

        The lawn mower has always started on one or two cranks at the first of mowing season, even when i put leftover old race gas in it. It's 21 years old now and still going strong.
