I like my 2 stroke. Especially weedeating in the morning with it. My neighbors need to get up and get to mowing their own lawns damn.

Thats what I bought HP and he loves it, very quiet and no mixing SHIT!
Just dump some regular fuel and it rocks! No heavy vibrating, no smoke, no messy oil leaking, and not very loud.

I had the same problem getting mine started last year after changing the spark plug, air filter, oil, and putting in new gas. I finally loosened up the gas cap a bit and it started right up. Have you tried that? Sounds silly, but it worked for me.

Man I always have weed eater problems...I normally would pay to have my lawn down...but they year I deside to start doing it myself I have all these issues!

LOL, i thought the same thing this year too. I havent mowed in 5 yrs and now when i decide to try, of course nothing runs from sitting forever. I'm right in the middle of putting on a new carb on the mower since it was all jacked up from sitting with gas in it. Hopefully that will do it. But no clue wtf is going on with the leaf blower, it is spewing oil out of the front vent where the spark plug is.

You can try spraying a little carb cleaner in the carb. It might be enough to free it up and get it running.

If it's a standard flat head briggs engine. The carb kit is part number 498260 they used to be about $12 bucks. But, I haven't been in the business in about 2 years. BTW, GTS just means Guaranteed to start.

Also, depending on the age of the mower the jets are fixed and you cant remove them.

Shindaiwa is a good unit. Only thing that sucks about them now is Echo bought them out about 2 years ago.
