Need Help Finding Previous Owner

I bought a roller off the other site for my son and before he registered it in his name, he lost the title. Can a LEO or Carfax guy please help me find info on the previous owner? The VIN is 1FACP42E3NF167391. Thanks.

If you can't any help you can submit a VTR-275 form to a regional TexDot office along with $2.30 and they will give you the last registered owner and the address it was last registed to.

You can lookup a VIN on publicdata, though my account is no longer active. Just was a heads up in case you wanted to activate an account for a month to find the previous.
