Yep, I work down there. It's crazy. Did you notice that so many of them have Hover-rounds? I guess Medicare pays for them or something. I have seen old people jump curbs in them just to hurry & cross the street. There is definitely interesting people watching down in that area of town.

Medicare, or yet another misappropriation of funds. It's sad for sure, and I'm doing the best I can to never get there.

It's only getting worse. Both the poverty population and the elderly population are growing. Don't even get me started on all the federal assistance that go to people that don't fall under either of those.
