    Cool. I was just curious. I have a lady that uses my kitchen on the weekend to feed the homeless and she just umbrellas under mine. You may want to peruse the link. I know you mentioned getting your sales tax permit..which is good..but I don't think you will have to pay sales tax. Don't take my word. Look in the link under non taxable items. It also state that you won't have to pay sales tax on your packaging. Make sure you take your permit/number with you when you purchase said items so that the retailer doen't hit you for it. It saves me a bit when I do on certain items. I have been at this for a couple of years now...so any help you need just lmk.

          We used Legalzoom.com to get the our LLC going, they have 3 plans and will do a 3 payment option. We then filed as an S-corp with the IRS, Legalzoom got our EIN for us when they filed all the paperwork.
