The truck driver had been sitting in his truck letting the diesel warm up and as he puts it in gear this chick was on the cell phone and stepped right infront of his truck. She didn't even reach the headlights cause it was jacked up so high. He never even realized he had run her over. A worker went and slapped his window. They said he was only doing about 5 mph.
