Fox 4 News - Illegal Alien

i was watching fox 4 news, last night, and i caught some of a story about this girl that has been here illegally all of her life (since she was 6 and is now ~20). apparently she was pulled over and taken to jail, because she's here illegally, driving without a license, obviously no insurance, etc, and apparently they're trying to pull on your heart strings about all of this. this bald fat guy was going on about how we shouldn't deport illegal aliens, etc... as someone that has been in an auto accident with an illegal alien with no license or insurance, i have a real hard time feeling sorry for her. she could have gone through the process of being a legal citizen, just like many others have. i really wonder how everyone of those folks would feel if they (or a family member) were in an accident with this girl and had to deal with everything...especially knowing that she would just hop in another car and go on driving with no license or insurance and suffer absolutely no repercussions from it.

On one had, I feel sorry for people like this as they were brought here by their parents who chose to break the law, but you know, all actions have consequences, so I don't get too misty eyed over it.

she said that neither she nor her family has made any attempt to become legal citizens. it said that she had gone to school and graduated here, and she's going to dental school. i guess i can understand how you get through the public school system, but i didn't think that you could get into college without some form of identification (ss #, green card, visa, etc)

she probably has a fake social security card/number, which brings about the crime of identity theft...
