Bobcat in Coppell this morning and I don't mean construction equipment

We lost a family cat earlier last year and I have thought to this day that is probably ran into one of these guys. We are in a pretty rural neighborhood as well; out in a suburb in between crandall and forney.

My parents live in Coppell and they suspect that a bobcat killed their house cat a few years back.

We have bobcats and coyotes in my neighborhood all the time. I don't mind them. They keep the cats that fuck with the trash in check. Just wish they were killing them off at a faster rate.

My dad's had one prowling around his neighborhood. He's close to the nature preserve in Plano, so I guess it's not surprising. Hopefully this one never gets into his back yard - they've got two small cats that wouldn't do very well at all.
