I included a few higher ups in my last email about 20 minutes ago and received 3 phone calls from managers from various departments.

My problem is now solved plus some.

I'd say any problem they are unwilling to fix requires exec escalation. It's how I get shit done. I copy any and all execs when I don't get the response I see fit, and I even do it to the factories I represent. And I'll usually do firstinitial.lastname, firstnamelastname, firstname.lastname, etc just to cover all my bases and make sure the shit is read by someone of importance.

It really didn't require it if the warranty service department had done there job without a bunch of run around.

Basically I purchased some speakers (home theater) from a company Harmon owns. The repair parts have been on back order for 3 months and are expected to be on back order through May. I asked them to come up with another solution since I had a valid warranty. They said there was nothing they could do. So I escalated it. I now have replacement parts on the way.
