I'm sorry, I didn't understand you, what service did you want?

    Bluetooth audio

I think you said Bluetooth audio, is that correct?

    Yes

Never ending fucken battle with stupid SYNC.
It's been a while since I've sync'd up a phone but it's usually done through the normal display menu, not the voice menu. Or is your phone supposedly sync'd and it just won't get to where you need to go with voice commands?

Switch the source to sync, hit menu, go to system settings, bluetooth devices, connect bluetooth device, select the phone you want to use.

Oh, to clarify, I wasn't talking specifically about the Ford Sync. It was an aftermarket Bluetooth setup.

yeah, I fucked that up! It starts with
          SYNC, please say a command.

I can say "Bluetooth" and it will connect to and stream my bluetooth device that has been sync'd already (my iPhone). But overall SYNC is a POS.

What software are you running on your iphone? I had a customer with a brand new taurus that when he got his iphone4 it would just do random shit. He brought it in multiple times, we reprogrammed the module a couple of times, and finally replaced it, and it still would mess up. Shortly after, Ford came out with a bulletin informing of the incompatibility with the 4.0 and newer software. The customer went out and bought a droid powered phone and everything worked like a charm.

Again, don't blame Ford or Microsoft for Apple changing stuff.
