        American Airlines Credit Union.

I haven't had any issues with them and they are quick to handle fraud.

That's beside the point, but not really true.

Old school Bank One which is now Chase. No complaint since 1994. Any issues that I had were immediately resolved on the phone

I guess I shouldn't say hard. More convenient I guess. No fees, different benefits etc.

They're good if you're active duty. I'm about to see how good they are for civilians.

I use two local banks (Citizen's & Vintage) in Midlothian. I have a couple of checking accounts, and a couple of savings accounts in each. I also do interim loans with them, so we run a lot of cash through them. Consequently, they are very easy for me to work with.

I have been with BA since it was Savings of America . I opened my account when I was 14 and have had it ever since . Thats 24 years and I have no bad comments . They have met all the exspectaions I would have for a bank . I also have newer accounts with Chase , Citi , and Wells since they bought First Union/Wacovia . I do not care for some of the things that Wells does like charging me to make change with my commercial account . Its petty but I don't just walk in for change , I'm making large deposits and getting change for petty cash . I also don't like the fact that some branches don't have a commercial window .
