I notice this all the time even off the road, It's like some people have no sense of urgency or anything. Something happens and they respond as if oooooh that's not good. Instead of reacting to the situation and fixing it. So maybe it is a super drug the rest of the world is on. I'd really pay money to know what some people are thinking when they do things.
