Under user control panel there is an edit options link.. Follow it down and fix it to the time zone your in and it's done.

That is fine, I can live with the daylight savings time. What I can't live with is getting my sleeping patterns all screwed to hell twice a year. Just pick one and stick with it, that's all I care about.

Damn... Not used to waking up going to work and it be so dark outside! It's nice though with less traffic on the roads due to spring break!
