How do you go about ordering from the dealer? I can't find a truck that I want.

I would assume you could build one on the ford/whatever brands website.

Go talk to a salesman also. They couldn't find what I wanted as far as options and color, so they said they can build one.

If I buy something new, it'll be ordered. I've never had a new car, so I want to be there when they PDI it, and everything.
