mistakes on the ticket will usually not get it dropped for you. Like said above, the judge will correct the mistake and make you pay it

but the officer posted the wrong speed its a 65 mph limit not a 55 mph??

i'm paying a lawyer to fight it but apparantly the lawyer is lazy so i have to tell him to either fight it or give me my deposit back.

well then, you may get it reduced but you will still have to pay a fine
