It's a AT&T Wireless Data IP, likely from a cell phone. The that IP address range assigned by IANA is coming from in and around the region of Wichita, Kansas.

How would you coming on here, STARTING this thread full of complete BULLSH*T, and you taking screen shots of it help you in any way at all? Other than entertainment purposes, (which pretty much died after the first day or two) this thread is pretty much worthless, to you and to all of us.

It's a AT&T Wireless Data IP, likely from a cell phone. The that IP address range assigned by IANA is coming from in and around the region of Wichita, Kansas.

How reliable are mobile IP's? Don't they all relay off of a certain tower IE a similar origin. I am by no means a computer knurd. I just know that until the age of smartphones, that's the best that tracing the origin of a cell phone got.
