No, not at this point. But it could change quickly. They are still having after shocks. Some of them are in the 6.0 range.

Looks like a bullet train was lost in the Tsunami. Maybe 400 people on board. A cruise ship with about 100 is lost too...

NHK is now reporting that the death toll is over 1000.

NHK also reports that they are "planning" to release gas from the nuke plants. However they haven't confirmed that it has been done. They are saying that the radiation release will be minimal..... we shall see...

I know I was when I was there. I was always wondering "Is it really extinct?"
That, and always hearing about the Great Kanto Plain Earthquake of 1923..."but wait, don't we live in the Kanto Plain?!?"
