I haven't seen the reports or witness statements. But its easy to make someone hit you that his behind you, why would doing it to a motorcycle be any different.

Me and my family drove by the scene on the way back from having dinner and saw the guy laying on the floor in a pool of blood! Looked horrible! Cops arrived at the scene about 2 minutes after we pulled over...looks like the guy was speeding from what witness were say!
