It is my opinion that these dipshit judges and "board of pardons and paroles" who let fuckers like this back on the street should hold some accountability in these situations. It's becoming way too frequent that you hear about some thug killing someone only to later also hear that they have been let out of jail 2, 3, 4 times already for some serious shit.

How about this for an analogy....you are driving your car while feeling sleepy, you fall asleep and run over someone or you are speeding and lose control of your vehicle killing someone.... You are charged with a felony. You didn't go out with any intention of taking a life....you simply took a chance, made a bad decision, and it resulted in someone losing their life....and now you are going to pay for it.

So if you are some judge or some dipshit from some parole board, and you take a chance on letting someone like this out of jail, it ends up being a bad decision and results in loss of life....shouldn't you be held to the same degree of accountability? I mean cut & dried regardless of circumstances it was still a situation of someone taking a chance and it ending in a bad decision which cost another human being their life.

....I realize that the consequence to the system would be over crowded prisons and all that crap. My answer to that is simple....you preset a capacity for every prison...when you reach capacity you start with those who have been there the longest and/or the most serious offenders and give them the fucking juice to make room for the next guy. Got another new one coming in....sorry Charlie, your next in line...your time is up...time to give up your bed. That's the way it works at the animal shelter...you want to act like a fucking animal, we'll give you equal rights then.
