          Don't know how high it will get, but am not waiting to find out.

          I'm selling my V8 Silverado to Carmax tomorrow and just bought a 1991 for Festiva for $500.00.

          40 mpg's and a good Lemons car Bitchez!!

                    Fuel prices go up like they did in 08 and I'll consider trading my 1/2 ton in on a 3/4 D-max. 2-3 months after I bought my 08 I could have had an equally equipped 3/4-ton for the same price or less.

                    I probably won't because I'm lazy, but it's a thought.

                        I think we'll definitely break the $4 barrier and probably get closer to $5 this summer. Everyone will bitch but even if it went to $7 a gallon how many people would starve to death or go bankrupt?

                        My taxes increased more than my fuel costs did, or would even if the prices doubled. You can do something to curb fuel expenses, with taxes you have to take it in the shorts and hope the government has mercy. Hell I'd ride a damned moped if gas went to $7 a gallon.

                            This is what I'm planning on if fuel jumps up again, I get home next month and looking for another truck. This should help put some in my range.
