Lemon Law Buyback titles

Anyone have any experience with this? Found a truck that has the title branded with "Lemon Law buyback", but otherwise its a clear blue title. Truck is a little cheaper, carfax shows the buyback at 48K miles, it now has 110K. Ford shows to have replaced the engine. I'm worried about resale, and I have a call in to the bank to see if this is an issue for them.
