Should have shot the kids, now there's a new batch of cop haters, and society rapers to contend with. Ideally they shouldn't have witnessed that, but sad to say they are prob mentally fucked now.

Better that the perp's kids witnessed that and get mentally screwed up than for the officer's kids (if any) to lose their father.

                Nope.

Of course there is information that at times I cannot divulge for obvious reasons.

That's what I suspect happened too. The cop probably wasn't trapped. He was trying to be Superman and hold the wheel as the car pulled away and then was scared to let go after the car was moving. Kinda like when the cops ram you with their car and when you swerve to miss them, they calim you were trying to run over them. But, then again....

Every time I go to Winchester Gallery (820 & E. Lancaster), I can't help but think that the locals laugh about that place, "Silly-ass crackas, payin money to bust a cap. Sheeeet, I busted off a whole bunch just last night...for free!"
"It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself."

I hope the arm in the window is what went down because as much as I love seeing scum bite the dust I'm not real cool with fireing into a car full of kids . I hope the warents are not just traffic crap and the leo was justified . I never side with a criminal but sometimes when children are at risk there is a big ? as to whats called for . On the other hand thanks for taking out another worthless dem , o , I mean scum bag .

Did anyone watch the story last night on channel 8? If the police officer really did get dragged. That is the guys fault for putting his kids in that situation.

Having a car window rolled up on your arm when you're trying to arrest a criminal that has warrants after he says he's not going to jail for said warrants and then trying to drive away with officer attached to the vehicle seems pretty clear cut to me. Sure, the kids being in the back is not cool, and I feel bad that they had to live that experience, but their father put them in that position when he loaded them up in the car and was driving around. The guy is a known drug dealer and seemed to already know that he had warrants and knew if he was pulled over they would try to arrest him. According to the early reports the officer knew there were kids in the back seat and did not fire in the direction of the backseat, but fired across the vehicle and slightly back to front while standing on the running board of the SUV with his arm squeezed tightly between the glass and window opening.

Reportedly, the officer's name is not being released due to death threats being made the friends and family of the victim while they were at the hospital the night of the shooting.

Not that I would think less of him if he was trying to grab the steering wheel or the keys, but why would he lie and say his arm was trapped if it in fact wasn't? In your opinion what does he really have to gain by lying about that?

                                You his cousin or something?

Seriously though, I agree 100%. The only thing that really sucks in this whole deal is kids lost a father and those children will be police haters, judging by the families response.
