  • Your body says how to Age?

So, as we all know. We are all in our 40 and then some. In the last couple months I have started to spot some old man eyebrows. Now when I get a haircut, I have to get my eyebrows trimmed as well.

So what are your signs of age??

If she ask if I want my eyebrows trimmed, it's obvious that I need it.

Anytime I go to lift something up, no matter it’s weight I do a preemptive “hoooah” sound without even realizing it.

No one prepared me for hair migrating from my head to ears and nose. Edit: I'm 43

Never ending back/neck pain and worn out joints. All the hard play has caught up to me. I am 50 and I have already had both shoulders worked on, one 3 times, both knees scoped, and tore 2 bicep tendons. I have also had 2 cervical disc replacements and one fusion. Still working with a surgeon regarding the other 6-8 disc issues throughout my neck and back.

Good grief man, that makes my breakin self sound not too shabby. Did you do lots of manual labor or high intensity sports?

Holy smacks! I once heard a semi-smart old man say,
"There ain't no such thing as ONE Back Surgery."

I have at least 3 surgeries I am currently staring down. Not looking forward to any of them. Once you start, it is just a time bomb until other levels degrade. If I could go back to my younger self, I would tell me to step away from the ledge and don't try to go so big on every jump, lift with your legs, and stop lifting before it hurts!
