I'm hearing more aches in here. For me, I started later in life on having kids. My first and last two kids I had at 38 which are 4 years old now. Will make me stay in running shape for awhile.

Ngl, I don't know how ppl start families or start having babies at that stage, but I'm also an edge case who never feels rested after "sleeping". I hit a wall every day and nature takes over, so I crash.

I've been waking up at 4 a.m. (3:30sometimes) 7 days a week and go to bed at 10. I don't ever feel tired. I wish I could find that wall to hit!!!!!!

3:30-4AM 7 days a week for me too, but I know why I never feel rested and am putting off redoing a sleep study. I have pretty severe sleep apnea.

My wife has a cpap, the mouth guard, Benadryl, ambian, and whatever else they can drum up to suck me dry. Nothing works. A lot of people love them though. Somehow, no matter how much my ADHD is kicking, I can just go to sleep!

Get after this as it can kill you! My apnea was too severe to be considered for CPAP. My ENT sent me straight to the surgeon. 2 surgeries later and my apnea is gone.

Just 2 days ago, I woke up and was breathing heavy like I'd been suffocated I'd stopped breathing for so long. It scared the fuck out of me.

Go get stretched, like that shit they did in the middle ages with chains and ship wheels. Many a people have sworn by that. Hanging upside down is ok too but hard on your ankles. I have a massage chair I bought that grabs your feet and shoulders and stretches you, my back has not felt better. Was a repaired 10k chair I got for 1500 or something. I also added one new stretch that fixed my hip. Of course now my foot hurts, always something.

I second this as in my previous post.

Stretching is not fun but after 9 months of hardcore stretching twice a week I can just jump in and out of my semi-trucks, hop up easily off bed/floor etc.

Feel like I'm in my 30s again.
