Texas Plate JDK-5596 White Honda Accord 4 Door, Mid 2000's model I'd guess.
We had a guy poking around the docks at Walnut Creek Marina yesterday.
Claimed to be fishing but never put a line in the water and we watched as he went down between all the boat house in his kayak. He would stare into all the slips as he paddled down one side of a boat house and up the other. After my neighbor on the dock quizzed him as to what he was doing (he replied fishing) and called him out on never dropping the line on the pole he had mounted, the guy turned around and made his way back to the shoreline of the parking lot. He eventually loaded his kayak and then drove through all the private cabins of the marina before eventually Leaving. His kayak fishing attire was blue jeans and cowboy style work boots.
We had theft in another marina in the area earlier in the year and the guy resembles one of the men caught on camera. Trying to find out if he's local to the area or not. The car has a license plate frame from a Midland, Tx dealer.
