Though when I bought my Mustang a few months ago, it was the least painless I have ever had. Found it at a Stealership in AR, we did everything online and by phone. Took a few times to get someone to help me, but once I did an APP online it was seemless. They delivered the car to me, I inspected it, sign the paperwork and boom, done.

I don't buy many from them, but my experience was correct. Cash buy, made me wait forever on paperwork. Waited 5 weeks on title. But, I didn't overpay. Used Lexus gx460 from a bmw dealer. They might've been mad I made them redo rear bumper cover over a shit job repair
