Depends on the person. When i started working from home last March, i started running and managed to eat healthier. When i started going back to the office and traveling, i stopped running.

I have work out equipment at home and the wife and I are going to be taking walks daily at lunch. I also eat a lot healthier at home. So I'm hoping I get back in shape after the move.
