I have a relative that suffers from Alzheimer’s. Found some paperwork dated 2019, to a Cadillac Escalade

He is not a GM guy so I am curious if someone scammed him into buying a vehicle for them. Anyone have CarFox?

If anyone has access to at least tell me if it registered a person with last Monroe? We found some other paperwork that leads us to believe a person who works for the local senior advocacy group might have been scamming the relative.
