    Anyone versed in commercial leases?

    We are having a home built, along with a 24x40 shop on the lot. Our plan is to lease shop space to our business to transfer money out of the business without paying ourselves.

    Does anyone have experience in this type of situation?

    I don't have experience with that and I don't know where you live, but is there any concern about zoning or city regulations allowing a commercial lease on the property?

      No. We are in a rural area, outside of city limits, shouldn't be an issue
