If you live next to a lake or big pond it's possible it's a WM, otherwise it's most likely a rat snake. If you can get a close up of the head and or eyes, it'll be easy to tell.

Could also just be a watersnake, look very similar to cottonmouths.

To me it looks like a plain bellied water snake. Should have vertical bars in the lower jaw. Cottonmouths look really fat, have a skinny tail, and have the bandit mask over their eyes.
