That's about the point you can get into a pretty nice plane.
The issue with planes is the amount you spend on ownership, not the initial cost. I researched heavily and decided it wasn't for me, even though it was business.
I'd buy a 911 and maybe have enough left for a decent boat.

No savings, investing, etc? But you didn't say it had to be one thing... so my list would be one car then a bunch of experiences.
First would be a C6 ZR1 and maybe $10k in mods, leaving me with ~$75k
$45k - Week long VIP package in Monte Carlo for the Monaco GP. Watch practice sessions from a yacht in the harbor, drinks + meet/greet with former drivers, more super-yacht cocktail parties, watch Saturday qualifying from the Midi Terrace of the Hotel Hermitage, and watch the Sunday race from the Casino Square Suite at Hotel de Paris.
$2k - Fly in a P-51
$15k - week long northern-Rockies backcountry hunt
$2k - Bonneville Speed Week
$1k - see a NASA / SpaceX evening launch in-person from Kennedy Space Center
The last $10k would go toward a winter trip to Lapland (far north Finland) to sleep under an aurora in a glass igloo, then maybe a reindeer hunt.Last edited by Strychnine; 07-08-2020, 11:25 AM.
