Black Lives Matter Riot in Irving Monday Night

We've had one every day in Fort Worth, as the weather warms up the crowds have gotten smaller. As long as they aren't burning down buildings and breaking windows the FWPD lets them do whatever they want.

A funny thing about it though is they march from the court house around Sundance Square and then down to the Crockett Row area. It's because that's where the "rich people" live. They march right by $500k condos to protest in the middle of a bunch of apartment complexes. They are very nice apartment buildings but there aren't millionaires living in them.

Whoever infiltrated the group and convinced them to avoid Bass properties is a genius and deserves a promotion.

An obvious down side to these every-day marches in FTW is the negative impact on businesses near the court house that are attempting to somewhat recover and depend on customer foot traffic or carryout (in the case of restaurants) to do so. Not familiar with where Crockett Row even is, but I think the abandoned former Butler public housing projects would be an excellent place for these rats to congregate...a nod to history of sorts.
