Place or way to get some vinyl decal work done?

I have an original idea for some striping I want done on a vehicle. Its too little to bother with purchasing paint and I want the option to remove it.

How do I take my drawing and get it turned into cut vinyl? I'm not interested in doing any photoshop stuff or whatever myself.
