I got news for you. Even when the manufacturing leaves China it's simply going to go to South America, Central America,and Mexico. That will provide a huge advantage to us because illegal immigration will cease.

The majority of illegal immigrants are coming in from Central and south America today; not from Mexico. Strong economic conditions in all of the countries south of us will be to our advantage as long as we can keep thieving socialist from taking over the countries.

I’m curious why Trump hasn’t taken more direct intervention on this. He’s very tariff happy, so why not tariff oil imports. Has he even asked US producers to scale back? And of course we’ve already discussed the Strategic Oil Reserve.

I’m not particularly going to throw him under the bus for this one but my perception is that he does have some actions he can take. (Though he kinda did by threatening Iran).
