Daughter's husband (SiL) is a coach with at Melissa ISD.... family has outgrown the home in McKinney hence the move Northward.

Oh, well its to their benefit to move there, nothing like being close to work and not have to travel but a few miles to and from work.
I lived in the Liberty subdivision and when I first got there it was nice and quiet. Very nice community pool, jr. Olympic size and an adult pool with a small water park. Elementary school on site, but after a few years lots of renters and older kids that were causing problems. Typical teenager shit, but I'm at the age that I can't tolerate that shit anymore. That and the traffic is out of hand now, I'm out in Parker now on an acre+ and lots or retired and older folks around here, hardly any kids and a very small subdivision, I'm happy here, right on the edge of Allen and they don't allow business' in our town and I live next to J.R. Ewing...

Many of the plants are either idled or making ventilators and other medical gear. We might not have a whole lot of new cars to choose from next year.

My understanding is that Ford and GM have one plant each doing the work. Ford is using one of their F150 plants. GM is using a plant that was otherwise shutdown. I don't think FCA is making anything right now.

For the most part, the only real delay in new product is going to be the speed at which they get both the factories and the suppliers back up and running.

Dealerships jumped pretty quick to start throwing out discounts. I'm wondering what their world is going to look like in a few months when they are still slow?

We looked at trading the chick's Yukon in on a 4runner, but apparently Toyota isn't hurting bad enough, so we'll just keep rolling it.

I think new car prices will stay high for a while because they have no new cars coming in so they will have to maximize profits on what they sell now. So I doubt there will be many deals to be had.

Used cars are stacking up so they will not offer anything on trades.
