I finally found my brisket, and for anyone looking for fresh meat...Local Yocal in McKinney had tons. But I had also forgot how overpriced they were...the cheapest brisket they had was a $108 Prime Angus. The Wagyu brisket next to it was over $200.

I miss my $50 costco prime briskets.

Well son, it ain't going to be over anytime soon, but you can help by staying indoors if you can help it and don't be part of the spreading/problem. This is the key to to us getting back to being normal, but it doesn't look to be going away anytime time soon and not until we get a cure and vaccine.
Since we don't have any of the above, best thing is to stay away from each other and let it die off on its own.
Definitely not a personal attack and I fully agree with you. We are just buying time to build the medical infrastructure in place for this to not turn out like Italy.

On a side note, I just heard another person mention the national lockdown reports from a us marshal by someone I would consider credible.

Now how many people got H1N1?
According to the CDC estimated 60.8 million cases reported in the US with 12469 deaths. CDC website shows a range, so there is some apparent discrepancy. These numbers are from 2009

I think even though the tooth paste is out of the tube, if we can get ahead of this, trump is going to look like a god damn genius. If you literally just stop all credit/housing payments (for those unemployed temporarily), get some anti virals out there like the one I mentioned prior and now they are talking about again, make sure everyone has essentials (IE 500-1000 dollars), the cases stop growing, and bam the world starts turning again. So what if some billionaire didn't make his 200 million this week. Oh and of course the amount of shit that America will start producing again should be marvelous.

Trump: FDA will fast track anti-viral treatments for coronavirus patients
President Trump says the FDA will be fast-tracking anti-viral treatments for coronavirus.

Trump and FDA commissioner Dr. Stephen Hahn described several approaches under testing, such as chloroquine, a drug long used to treat malaria; remdesivir, an experimental antiviral that's being tried in at least five separate experiments, and possibly antibodies culled from the blood of COVID-19 patients after they recover. But no new and imminent treatment was announced.

And Italy is what it is. I feel bad for those folks. My wife was over there for a bit and so was some of her family. The go to the market everyday, have no personal space, lots of family events.

A study from Italy's health authority found that 99% of Italy's coronavirus fatalities came from people who had previous medical conditions.

Italy's death rate is about 8% of total infected people, higher than any other country, according to Bloomberg.

The study found that of those who died from coronavirus 75% had high blood pressure, 35% had diabetes and 33% suffered from heart disease. The average age of those who died from the virus was 79.5.

And don't jump me negative nellys, I am just trying to be positive and not get my anxiety up over this. You know cops are paranoid anyways! I hope I am right but I could be wrong.
