When I was a young lad I completely wiped out a Dodge Daytona and all I had was liabilty insurance. It always pays to be the most responsible you can when it comes to insurance. No car + no money sucks.

If you had beat the beaner's ass before he got away, you would have been beaten by the cops, tazed, taken to jail, charged with felony assault, lost your job, spent thousands of dollars to get out of jail and end up with a felony record. Who does the law work for? You, the one who was legal and bought insurance; or the beaner, who shouldn't be here in the first place and should have no rights? I fucking hated my situation.

We were hit by a guy driving his gf's car and neither of them had insurance. He rearends us, waits for the cops, and then claims he wasn't even driving the car.

What a douchebag.

Turns out he had a few warrants, no insurance, and he claims his buddy was driving and when the crashed happened he jumped out and ran. Funny, I sure as hell remember this guy getting out of the driverside when we all got out.

Ended up having to pick him out of the lineup a few days later. So I guess he went to jail.

I got a letter about a month or 2 ago saying the insurance can't find the individual and therefore can't collect.

Here is a way to help the unemployed, put bounties on illegals, say 100 bucks a head. You earn a living and the money the Government saves by getting rid of said free loader, they can in turn pay you an honest wage in the way of a bounty!

HE said he sees at least a 10:1 ratio of black to white no insurance in our county.

They make up less than 50% of the population in my area and account for 90% of these accidents, how is that being racist.

He also said areas with higher hispanic populations see the exact same results. The numbers aren't racist.

We exchanged insurance info and went on our merry way. Fucker gave me a fake insurance card. I was on my parents insurance then, so I don't remember what all went down, but I do remember seeing a letter about them not being able to locate the asshat.

One does not go to jail for this. I don't know why, but that's just the way it is. If it were up to me, if you caused an accident and you didn't have insurance, you'd rot in jail for a few weeks.

This is not a racist thread, these fuckers should be in jail for vandalism if they cant pay for it. If they don't have insurance they should not be driving. Driving is a privilege not a fucking right. If these illegal $p1c$ think they can go around fucking driving their ghetto ass rigged trucks with their fucking corridos blaring that annoying shit, whilst not paying attention and then hitting someone; and not give a fuck. Then they should be in jail or deported to the country they so revere.
