I don't see why we would need a special forum for it when there is maybe a thread a week containing subject matter that would fit into it.

If it is brought up enough then it makes sense to create a sub-forum for it. Once it is created it will encourage more posts and eventually be more than a "few times a week" question. I don't remember seeing 10 food posts a day and now look at it.
