Money/Investment Forum?

Would this interest anyone? I may be alone on this one but I figured if there was a food forum and considering we are in a recession why not?

I am always looking for ways to make money and I think we have quite a few knowledgable people here on the matter.

with the number of piss poor broke, illiterate, idiots we have on here i dont think its such a great idea. you would be better off getting 2-3 members #'s and talking it out over beers or something.

Making money regardless if it is in stock, selling something or investing in anything for profit always requires ones own due dilligence. The problem with a lot of people in my opinion is they are afraid to take risks and that is fine, but what doesn't?

This idea of creating a Money subforum is no way to make everyone rich, it is for educating and brainstorming on what works for someone, sharing ideas and taking what you can out of it and making it your own.

If there are certain individuals on here who cannot do that, well that is their issue.

I could potentionally see both happening (this is dfwmustangs after all you know) but I am particularly looking for the first option. I think a lot would benefit from it, me included. I am young, and I like money, and constantly think about ways to make more. While my main focus is stock oriented, I am open minded to just about anything that involves making money.

I know the idea was thrown around, and I think Mach1 even created one as a subforum to the back porch, but then it was pulled.

Giving advice on what to watch for, market trends, etc is one thing. I want to learn more about the how's and why's, not a bunch of 'cshd'.

Anyone taking money advise from this site will stay broke an deserves too. There are maybe 3 people qualified here to give advise in the matter. Do your own research or go to right sources. Money does not favor people lazy enough to rely on this site for all of their data
