These trucks vary big time. If they are in very good shape with under 100k they go for serious money. If the slightest thing is wrong the value drops very quick. This guy was asking $15,900 but obviously he is too high after seeing everything. I missed out on one in houston a couple weeks ago. 1997 extended cab short bed third door Z71 32,000 miles pristine condition. Was asking $16,500 and in sold in less than 12 hours at full price. I had pulled the cash and was headed to get it when someone got there first. Good examples like that can easily get in the 20s. This truck should be closer to 10 with the miles and condition. No real rust and the paint/body/int are clean. Miles are low but not collector low. Under carriage killed it. Will make a good truck but not a valuable one. I have owned a number of these and purchased/sold all over the country so i am pretty experienced with them.Comment

Maybe not you but A LOT OF PEOPLE. They are becoming much more difficult to find in the right condition and becoming very desired amongst collectors. A few out there have traded north of $30k.
Just think there was nothing special about 73-87 trucks or a foxbody for a long time but now they go for STUPID MONEY.Comment
