Odd problem with a new car title.

I've never been in the car business, but one of the big dealers out here just got sued out of business by Ford for having multiple loans on the same vehicle and doing all kinds of shady shit. They had a "good reputation" as well.

Update on this. Put some pressure on them and contacted the owner of the company. Finally got a title for it. Basically it was a state fair of texas demo truck, which didn't arrive with an MSO, so chrysler had to get off their asses to get it in, and it wasn't assigned to Platinum, so it had to be sent back and properly assigned. Three month debacle, but my dad finally has the title in hand.
