    Are there any good commercial real estate agents on thd board for the DFW area??

      Yup, but I believe Allan's company only deals in multi-million dollar paper. I hope you are not wanting to buy a storage facility or small shop...

          It's for the company I work for. They're wanting to find something in the DFW area. The owner pays cash for everything, so money isn't an issue.
