We've had some pea size hail that lasted maybe 5 minutes. It's mostly just pockets of hard rain and then back to a sprinkle. There aren't any real hail cores showing on radar that are the going to cause any real damage. This rain is good. I just laid down Scott's a couple of weeks ago. Getting some good saturation right now is going to really green up the yard. -

It's been storming all day since 5am here. Wind 60 plus blew down our sign above the entrance and blew over the deer stand. Thinking about going fishing maybe they will hit a top water today lolComment

It is how old sailing ships prepaired for a storm. It was done to prevent water intrusion into the ship. True story, one time we flew to Vegas it was on a BS charter aircraft. The torn seat backs and window trim should have been a giveaway, but while taking off at full throttle from DFW the takeoff was aborted, because someone on the ground crew failed to properly batten down one of the luggage bay hatches. It’s the one and only time I got to experience an aborted takeoff.Comment
