    I spent a couple of days in Asheville a few weeks back for work. The areas that we were in were really nice. Lots of refurbishment of older buildings going on. Some of the people that we came in contact with lived in TN and drove in every day. North Carolina has a very robust economy and good choices of places to live / things to do.

        Actually that thing needs about 400K in upgrades on the interior finish.

          Ehh 50K would go a very long way and 100K would get you on par with any new build around...and this thing is on an acre...

          Regardless...you got the right plan. Spend time in these places first.
