There is no getting ready for what can potentially happen at a protest in Dallas. The only thing DPD can do is provide targets at a protest if they increase their manpower on the ground. If they really want to get ready they should simply not exist on the streets where the protests are.

I was also talking about many people targeting police instead of just a looney here or there. If one of these black groups or any group decides to actively engage in organized murder of police there will be nothing that can stop them, not even martial law. All you have to do is look at the guys that were shooting up the East Coast for a few weeks some years back. Two people one of whom was not even a grown man tied up the law enforcement resources of the Mid-Atlantic States with a budget of under $1,500 and the police weren't even the ones that caught them despite having effectively an unlimited budget and Limitless access to Manpower.

Lol there would be no "draft" worst case scenario the troopers would step in along with other state and local law enforcement. Ultimately, feds would come in as well.
