While I'm usually the one to take the side of a cop, kicking somebody in the head when they're down is excessive. I'm sure the "victim" deserved a good ass-whoopin' but a kick to the head, even in a street fight is pussy shit. Why do some officers do this shit knowing they are on film?

EDIT: I'd probably be in a bad mood too if I was a dallas cop. Don't they start around 30K a year? What shitty pay. Austin starts their guys at close to $50k a year.

Adrenaline? People get livid when someone cuts them off or drives like an idiot around them. Just imagine you having to chase someone in a car and any period of time then have them resisting. I am not saying this should allow him to beat the shit out of people but everyone who bashes cops (not saying you are) don't look at things this way. Countless times I read how much of a hard ass some of us dfwmustangers are only to realize cops are people like us too. The only difference is they have to deal with people like MR EDD and our other village idiots. That is why I am a huge believer in, do what is asked of you and don't be a douche bag and you won't get your ass beat.
