Thanks everyone, she has passed her one year business anniversary. Shes doing OK, her (their) business model is similar to Jimmy Johns, she relies on her catering too.
If you haven't been, its very good, they use all Eckrich meats and bake their bread daily. They also have a glucose free bread available on request. You can get a sandwich, dill pickle slice, chips and a drink for about $10.00, not bad for lunch and better than a greasy burger...
